  23.           value, and the time at the highest possible time value, Each line
  24.           ends with _iiii_ssss_dddd_ssss_tttt_====_1111 if the given time is Daylight Saving Time or
  25.           _iiii_ssss_dddd_ssss_tttt_====_0000 otherwise.
